QUALITY & MANUFACTURING

Uniform thickness of our lumber is insured, along with edging and trimming that exceeds N.H.L.A. manufacturing requirements. This precision accuracy is obtained by our lumber being scanned in the saw mill at two different locations with computerized Dynavision Contour and Uniscan length scanners.

The entire computerized optimization system, throughout our sawmill, has parameters that are set and the results monitored by a certified National Hardwood Lumber Association Inspector.

Once our lumber has been kiln dried, it receives a final and decisive N.H.L.A. inspection before being professionally packaged for shipping.  Our Kiln Operator/Dry Yard foreman is a well seasoned and experienced N.H.L.A. inspector.

Our packages can be end painted and readily prepared for export shipping.

With all production, sales, and office work performed from a single location in Collins, MS, along with continuous monitoring and communication from our entire team, customer satisfaction is insured.
